The season of Lent is upon us and we have several activities planned for your student. Stations of the Cross will be held on Mondays beginning at 8:15 a.m. on March 1, 8, 15 and then during Holy Week from March 29-April 1 we will pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet each day in the church beginning at 8:15 a.m.
We will also keep Lenten Journals among other activities to remind us to give of ourselves, to turn away from sin and to help us to pray and fast.
School will not be in session on the following days during the months of March and April:
Monday, April 5th Easter Monday
Friday, April 2nd Good Friday
Friday, March 19th - March 26th Spring Break
Friday, March 12th Professional Development Day for teachers
During the 3rd quarter conferences (March 17th and 18th) we will either use the Student Led Conference Model or the Student/Parent/Teacher Conference Model. Please be sure your child, kindergarten through the sixth grade, is present at his/her conference during this 3rd quarter.
